Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Single Account Only

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be immediately closed and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Users must provide their correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details as shown on their identification documents. 99bt reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

2.4 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Account passwords must not be shared with anyone. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to 99bt immediately.

Age Verification and Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on the 99bt platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.

3.2 Age Verification Process

99bt reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. If required, users may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until age verification is complete.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

99bt operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Registration is not permitted from areas where online gaming is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of this type of platform is lawful under their local regulations.

3.4 Personal Use Only

The account is for the personal use of the registered individual only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or managing another person's funds is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

4.5 Transaction Currency

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳6,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting on the 99bt platform.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

99bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible regarding any changes.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will not be considered valid until it has been fully confirmed. Bets affected by system errors or technical issues may be automatically cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply to each game or event. These limits may vary depending on the type of game, the user's account level, and market conditions.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been fully confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, 99bt reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a bet in cases of technical error, incorrect odds display, or other exceptional circumstances.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Separate rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. Different rules will apply if a match is cancelled or interrupted by rain.

6.5 Finality of Game Results

The results of all games are final and binding. Results in games based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) are fully automated. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

Fair Play Policy

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to place bets.
• Participating in hacking, phishing, or any other illegal activity.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity through an account.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or manipulation of the system.

7.2 Suspicious Activity

If any suspicious activity is detected, 99bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Withdrawals from the relevant account may be paused while the investigation is ongoing.

7.3 Ensuring Fair Play

All games on the 99bt platform are operated using fair and verifiable technology. We are committed to ensuring fair play and no user is given an unfair advantage.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 99bt

99bt may permanently close or temporarily suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities.
• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 Closure by User

Users may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before making the request. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or email.

8.3 Balance of Suspended Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any existing balance may be forfeited. If the user is found to be innocent after investigation, the valid balance will be returned.
